In May 2024, Georgetown University-The Earth Commons Institute launched its first summer course in Greece. Did you know, however, that Fulbright Greece since 2022, has offered a unique opportunity to a Greek graduate student for a double scholarship to study at Georgetown University | The Earth Commons—Georgetown’s Institute for Environment & Sustainability? Candidates can select from three different Eco graduate programs: The Georgetown Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability Management (MS-ESM), The Georgetown Master of Science in Environment and International Affairs (MS-EIA), or Georgetown University’s Master of Science in Climate, Environment & Health (MS-CEH)
The Fulbright Georgetown Partner Award is targeted at students who want to tackle environmental issues through interdisciplinary expertise and practical skills. Georgetown University will provide a scholarship that matches the grant amount awarded by Fulbright Greece to a student from Greece who has been nominated by Fulbright Greece and admitted to the Georgetown MS-ESM, MS-EIA or MS-CEH. Candidates will submit independent applications to Fulbright Greece and Georgetown University.
