What an absolute joy to collaborate with Faculty and Student colleagues at Panteion University in May 2023. The two-weeks as a Fulbright Specialist is a pivotal point for me because of the collaboration, learning, and joy of visiting this wonderful country. Collaboration - As a Faculty member I learned about the challenges and opportunities facing Institutions of Higher Learning across the globe. Conversations with individuals across all levels helped me consider steps forward in my career back in the United States. Learning - I hope that I helped the learning of individuals in Greece through my work in Leadership Life-stories. I know that I learned from them. In the large group classes and through the team and individual conversations, I learned about the challenges facing learners across the globe as they enter their careers. Joy - Greece is a beautiful country. From the hustle and bustle of 4-million people in Athens to the breeze among the monasteries of Meteora, to the quiet sunset of Santorini, I appreciate the opportunity to explore in and out of the classroom during this experience. I'm grateful for the dedication of the Fulbright Greece staff and their excellent work.
