International Education Week

International Education Week

Each year, during the third week of November, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education invite partners worldwide to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange.

Partners include individuals and institutions such as schools, colleges and universities, embassies, international organizations, businesses, associations, and community organizations.

The International Education Week (IEW) initiative is designed to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and conduct research in the U.S., and exchange experiences.

In 2021, International Education Week (IEW) will be held from November 15-19.
