The Fulbright Foundation Greece, in addition to its scholarship program, offers Special Programs and implements initiatives to promote educational and cultural exchanges. These include the Cultural Enrichment Program for American Educators, the Training Opportunities for Greek Educators, the International Writers, Poets, and Artists Dialogues, the Professional Development Program for Secondary Educators, the International Fulbright Science and Technology Award, the Fulbright New Century Scholars, the Fulbright Specialist Program, and the Intercountry Lecturing Award, as well as educational seminars in various disciplines.

The Fulbright Special programs and Initiatives are geared to Greek and American citizens.
