Pre-Departure Session 2017

The Fulbright Foundation in Greece cordially invites students who were admitted and will attend a US college or university in 2017-2018 to our Pre-Departure Session in Athens.
This event takes place every year in mid to late June and includes presentations by students currently studying in the United States, Fulbright scholars and educational advisers and deals with a variety of topics on US education and culture.
This is an invaluable session before students depart to the United States.

Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Who is eligible to participate: If you have been accepted to a U.S. undergraduate or graduate program starting in 2017-2018 then you are eligible to participate.
If you would like to participate please send an e-mail with the subject line:
“Pre-Departure Participation” to

- First and last name
- Level of study: (Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. program)
- Field of study
- Name and location of U.S. university or college to attend
- List any scholarship you may have received (athletic, merit and/or need based; teaching/research etc. and monetary value of awards.)
Please refer to your I-20 form when providing this information. This information is for statistical purposes only and will not be disclosed to anyone.

**Individual requests will not receive a reply. Your e-mail should only contain the information requested above.
Please note that the above information will be distributed among student participants at the Pre-Departure Session so that you have a networking and support group while in the U.S.
